LAKE FARRAND

St-Sixte summer drone-92 (1).jpg
Lac Farrand is a 1.5 km protected lake nestled in a valley in the heart faun and flora of the Outaouais hills. A real natural treasure in the heart of nature.
Without gas engines the lake is not only protected but quiet and an ideal place for all nautical activities like canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and anything that doesn't involve a gas engine.

The protection of the lake and our environment is important to us and you will see the effect of this commitment in the community rules with certain chemicals and cleaners which are not allowed due to the negative effect they could have on the health of the lake. Also samples are taken each year and analyzed to assess the health of the lake and the quality of its water.

For more information about the lake, the community or the region, contact us at (819) 678-8200.
